1-How long does it take to make a sculpture?

Generally, normal-size sculptures take 30 to 45 days to complete, so if you need it urgently, please let our sales team know in advance. We will provide you with a better solution according to your situation.

2-Can I place a custom-made order？

We can not only provide you with customization according to your drawings or samples but also provide customization services by making accurate drawings according to your description.

3-Is your sculpture’s quality guaranteed?

A: Our sculptures are guaranteed to be of an artist’s level. Relong is always at the highest level in terms of raw materials and sculpture manufacturing techniques.

4-How do you guarantee the quality of my order?

Before your order is produced, we will reconfirm with you the design and requirements.

If a mold is required during the production of your order, we will send you dozens of high-resolution photos of the mold details. We will start production only after the model is confirmed by you.

5-How to install the sculpture?

We provide very detailed installation drawings for you, and each part has the only number corresponding with the drawings. We also equip you with professional installation videos.

A: 3CM standard wooden crate with metal junction and nails;

B: enough wood chunks as support of the inner products, to prevent shaking;

C: around the wooden crate, We will use three strong strapping packing belts for fixed;

D: For Inner Packing, we will use thick plastic or soft foam to avoid scratching the outer;

E: shockproof foam to protect each carving
